Camp Season 2012
Dear Campers and Families:
We are excited to announce that we now have a new on-line registration system! In addition to eliminating the thick stack of forms that have been required in the past, you will be able to track your application process, make and track payments on line and update information as it changes. This is sure to make the process smoother and more efficient for all of us! If you prefer to receive an application packet by mail, just let us know by phone or e-mail and we will be happy to mail one out to you.
When you are ready to register you will be required to make your non-refundable deposit in order to complete the registration process. You can do this by credit card or e-check. Please be prepared to do this and be sure to allow yourself enough uninterrupted time to complete the on-line process as it will time out if you step away for too long.
Once you have completed the on-line process and paid your deposit you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the required annual medical forms attached. These forms must be completed and signed by a doctor. Please print them out to take with you to your appointment and send them into us once you have completed your doctor visit. Once we receive these forms and your final payment for camp you will receive your confirmation packet via e-mail. Again, let us know if you would prefer to receive this packet by mail and we will happily send it. First-time campers can also expect a follow-up phone call from us to review camper needs and answer any questions you might have. All camp sessions will be filled on a first come basis.
We do have financial assistance available for qualifying campers. You will find instructions on how to apply during the on-line registration process.
We will once again be offering a variety of discount opportunities so please take the time to read our Program Registration Policies carefully to find out how you can save this summer.

I wish to close by thanking all of you who have been patient and supportive of our “work in progress” here at Camp Paivika as we continue to make the changes necessary to keep this valuable program in operation during these very difficult financial times. I look forward to spending some time with you at Camp Paivika in 2012.
